Wow! What a great way to start the new year of 2018.
Lou & Gwen Kiser came forward during the morning worship service on Sun., Jan. 07, 2018 to confess that Christ is the Son of God and go to the watery grave of baptism to receive forgiveness of their sins and to receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
Please keep these two precious souls in your prayers as they start their new walk with God.

We just praise God for the tremendous Lord's Day we had at Macedonia on Sunday, Aug. 12!
We had 12 to come forward with 10 making a public rededication of their lives to Christ.
Two obeyed the Gospel and were immersed into Christ for the remission of their sins and to receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
Russell & Pam Newsome (husband & wife) were baptized into Christ. Russell was baptized during the morning worship service and Pam was baptized later that evening.
Please keep all these in your prayers as they move forward in their service to Christ.

M.C.C. MEN'S WINTER RETREAT 2018
Oh what a great day in the Lord this past Sat., Feb. 10, 2018!
The third annual Men's Winter Retreat was held here at the Macedonia.
A great time of fellowship was had with 51men in attendance from various local sister congregations.
We had six great speakers with six powerful messages from God's word with the theme 'Being Godly Men'.
A delicious lunch was prepared and served by our dear and precious ladies of the church. We thank our ladies for their work and effort to do this for us.
We look forward to if it be in our God's will for the next Men's Winter Retreat next year.
Thanks to everyone involved for making this year's event a success.

SPRING REVIVAL 2018
Wow what a great week of revival (May 14 -18)!
Evg. Brandon Bentley from the Grundy Church of Christ in Grundy, VA was our guest speaker for our revival meetings.
Brandon delivered some very challenging and encouraging messages straight from the W-O-R-D of God.
We had an average attendance for the week of 107 people per night. We thank all our sister congregations that came and supported our revival during the week.
We had one public rededication to Christ at our Friday night meeting.

M.C.C. VBS 2018
Wow what a great week of VBS! Our week of VBS was held June 4 -8. We had a weekly average of 43 children attending VBS this year.
Thanks to all who participated in VBS 2018 for making it such a success. We especially thank the parents who brought their children to participate in VBS. If it be in God's will we look forward to seeing everyone again next year.
M.C.C. LADIES' RETREAT 2018
PRAISE! PRAISE! There were a total of 28 ladies who were able to make it up for the recent ladies' retreat held at Hungry Mother Park on Nov. 2 - 4.
They all came back excited and refreshed in spirit by spending time in devotion and fellowship.
Thank you ladies for putting the things of the world aside for a while and taking time to grow in the spirit, may the Lord bless each of you.
M.C.C. LADIES DAY' 2018
M.C.C. ANNUAL LADIES' DAY 2018
The M.C.C. 10th annual Ladies' Day was held on Sat., Apr. 07, 2018. There were 83 ladies in attendance from various local sister congregations.
Linda Breidenbaugh with Open Your Heart Ministries was the guest speaker for this year's event. Linda's theme of her message to the ladies was Light The World ("...appear as lights in the world" Philippians 2:15).
The ladies enjoyed a delicious brunch (being served by the men) before the activities of the event began. The ladies had great fellowship along with games, special singing, and a very funny skit performed by some of the ladies at Macedonia but, had a very meaningful message. The skit was entitled 'I Know My Bible???'.
We would like to thank everyone involved for making this year's event a success.
If it be in God's will we look forward to seeing the ladies again next year for the 11th annual Ladies Day at Macedonia.

M.C.C. honors our graduates of 2018
A graduation celebration was held on May 20, 2018 after the evening worship service to honor our high school graduates for 2018. The following students will be graduating this May are Nathan Widener, Keiran Smith, Haley Stiltner, and Delaney Austin. Other graduates include Morgann Williams (E.T.S.U. College), Briana Walton (Nursing), and Bambi Evans (Nursing).
We congratulate all our graduates for their great achievements!
M.C.C. FALL REVIVAL 2018
What a great week of revival we had! (Sep. 17 - 21)
Evg. Dan Bentley from the Quincy Church of Christ in Quincy, KY delivered some inspiring and challenging messages from God's W-O-R-D to the people attending the revival meetings this past week.
We thank all our sister congregations who came out and supported our revival meetings this past week. We averaged having each night 92 in attendance for the week.

M.C.C. ANNUAL CHRISTMAS DINNER
What a wonderful night of fellowship we had at our recent annual Christmas dinner! We had 118 folks in attendance that enjoyed a time of food and fellowship. Thanks and praise to the Lord above for our many blessings.
